Welcome to Woody's Shack Fire School, based at Woody's Glamping in the beautiful foothills of Eryri (Snowdonia), North Wales.

We offer hands-on wood-fired cooking experiences that bring people together through the simple pleasure of cooking over fire. From authentic Neapolitan pizza in our Tuscan wood-fired oven to live-fire grilling, Asado cooking and traditional fire-making skills, our courses are designed to inspire cooks of all abilities.

With over 10 years of wood-fired cooking experience and six years managing a restaurant recognised by the Michelin Guide, Good Food Guide and Harden's Guide, we combine professional expertise with a relaxed, welcoming approach. Whether you're a complete beginner or an enthusiastic home cook, you'll leave with practical skills, greater confidence and a passion for cooking with fire.
